Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how MedhaArc (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit our website or use our services. Please read this policy carefully.
By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.
MedhaArc operates in strict alignment with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and ISO/IEC 27001 data security standards. All database infrastructure and flight processing pipelines reside strictly within the sovereign territory of the Republic of India.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including: name, official institutional/corporate email, phone number, company information, RFP parameters, and any other information you choose to provide when contacting us or using our services.
We also automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with our services, including IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited.
For enterprise operators using connected drone and robotics platforms who opt into flight synchronization: flight dynamics telemetry (airspeed, GPS track logs, battery cell voltages, and motor diagnostic data) is encrypted and recorded for airworthiness diagnostics and civil aviation compliance.
Customer Payload Imagery: Multispectral agricultural imagery (NDVI/NDRE), LiDAR point clouds, and video feeds generated by client drones remain the exclusive intellectual property of the operator. MedhaArc claims zero ownership or access rights.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, calibrate, maintain, and improve our autonomous physical systems and software services.
- Respond to your technical inquiries, RFP submissions, and customer support tickets.
- Send technical notices, critical firmware security updates, and operational advisories.
- Communicate with you about new engineering developments, products, services, and educational programs.
- Verify airworthiness records and compliance in accordance with Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) regulations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
AI Ethics & Principles (AEP)
As an AI-focused autonomous systems company, MedhaArc is committed to responsible AI development and deployment. Our AI Ethics & Principles (AEP) govern how we build, train, and deploy AI models across cyber-physical hardware:
- Fairness & Bias Mitigation: We actively test our computer vision and perception models across diverse geographic terrains, illumination conditions, and vegetative landscapes to identify and reduce bias, ensuring equitable and reliable real-world outcomes.
- Transparency & Explainability: We strive to make our autonomous flight and robotic decision systems transparent, providing clear, deterministic telemetry logs for automated path planning and obstacle avoidance.
- Privacy-First AI: We design our AI systems to minimize data collection and prioritize user privacy. On-device edge neural processing (NVIDIA Jetson / embedded architectures) is prioritized so camera feeds are processed locally rather than uploaded to remote clouds.
- Human Oversight: Critical AI-driven decisions—including automated landing commitments, return-to-home overrides, and physical actuator triggering—are subject to human pilot review and override to prevent harm and ensure accountability.
- Safety & Robustness: We rigorously test our AI systems for physical safety and robustness against adversarial conditions, sensor degradation, and unforeseen edge cases.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 telemetry encryption, TLS 1.3 transport security, strict role-based access controls, and regular security audits to protect your personal and operational information.
Communications between MedhaArc ground control stations and autonomous systems utilize authenticated FHSS radio links with cryptographic packet signing. However, no method of transmission over the internet or wireless spectrum is 100% secure.
