Terms of Engineering Engagement
These terms establish the legal and engineering framework between MEDHAARC PRIVATE LIMITED and enterprise clients, educational institutions, researchers, and platform operators.
01.Scope of Hardware & Engineering Deliverables
MedhaArc Pvt. Ltd. designs, manufactures, integrates, and delivers sovereign autonomous aerial platforms (including AGRO-SCAN), robotic arms, edge computing workcells, and laboratory hardware.
Hardware delivered is subject to technical Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) prior to operational handover. Custom engineering RFPs require signed technical specification sign-offs before production initiation.
02.Operational Safety, Pilot Mandates & DGCA Law
Operation of MedhaArc unmanned aircraft is strictly governed by the Drone Rules 2021 (as amended) issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) of India.
- Pilots-in-command must possess valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificates (RPC) where legally required.
- Flights must be executed within designated Green Zones or with Digital Sky clearances in Yellow/Red airspace.
- Operators are solely responsible for adhering to Visual Line-of-Sight (VLOS) or obtaining sanctioned BVLOS waivers.
03.Firmware, Embedded Software & IP Protection
MedhaArc grants purchasers a perpetual, non-exclusive license to execute proprietary flight controller firmware and ROS2 control nodes on the designated hardware platform.
Reverse engineering, unauthorized decompilation of binary firmware images, or unauthorized dissemination of proprietary CAN-bus protocol schemas is strictly prohibited.
04.Hardware Warranty & Field Support
All production airframes and electronic components carry a standard 12-month manufacturer defect warranty from the delivery date, covering structural integrity and component solder failures.
05.Educational Programs & Lab Subscriptions
Access to MedhaArc STEM curricula, laboratory handbooks, and SITL simulation exercises is provided per enrolled student/institution. Course materials cannot be mirrored, publicly redistributed, or resold without institutional licensing agreements.
